That is why continuity of support is critical to us, as it builds trust between the participant, their family, and us as a provider.

High-Intensity personal activities

Our nurses and support workers have all the necessary skills and qualifications for your complex needs.
We will do a thorough risk assessment to understand precisely better what is required to provide the care you need.
All our nurses and carers have the appropriate training to handle incidents and emergencies in a professional manner, which is crucial as it could potentially save lives.

Community Nursing

We can provide support for participants with high care needs by our Registered Nurse. Please see the list below for the category of high care supports we provide. And get in touch with us for an assessment.

Household tasks

We provide daily household services for participants in need. Do you need assistance with household tasks? We can sit and organise household tasks at your preferred time and convenience. Do you have specific dietary needs? Our meal services can cater to your special dietary needs.
Whether you are wanting to eat healthily or simply just craving your favorite meal, we can sit down together and put a plan in place so that you can enjoy your favorite meals on the days you prefer, just the way you like it.
Of course, we can also make suggestion menus according to your dietary and appetize needs. Your health and safety are our priority; that’s why we make sure our food hygiene is kept to the highest standards within the industry.

SIL – Supported independent living

We are a registered SIL, STA and MTA provider. We will sit with you and your family to understand your everyday needs, including all the supports you require, assess any potential risks, then select the most suitable carer based on skills qualifications and their experience.
We will establish the best way to communicate with you so that we can understand each other better and assist you to make independent decisions in your life.

Assistance with accommodation

We provide Accommodation for any participants who need a temporary/ permanent place to stay.Whether your family needs to be away for work or any other personal reasons, we can tailor oursupport according to your needs and preferences to help you feel as if you never left home.Medium-term accommodation can be arranged for any participants who are transitioning into theirnew home from the hospital and require a place to stay up to or more than 90days. We can assessyour situation for your care needs and work out a reasonable rent contribution based on your budget.

Support coordination

We have a variety of support coordinators available to assist with connecting you to the best supports you need. Our skills development program is all about getting out into your community. Some people want to be around their home base and that’s fine, but some people want to get out into the community and join in activities that interest them and we are there to link them with the best services
